Support Displaced Families Fleeing War in Dilling and Kadugli

The Nuba Mountains International Association is urgently calling on all community members, friends, partners, and well-wishers to stand in solidarity with displaced families fleeing the war-affected areas of Dilling and Kadugli in search of safety in the liberated areas of the Nuba Mountains.

Recent violence and insecurity have forced many innocent civilians to leave their homes under extremely difficult conditions. Families are arriving in safer areas with little or nothing, after escaping bombardment, fear, hunger, and uncertainty. Among the displaced are women, children, the elderly, and people with serious health needs, all of whom are now in urgent need of humanitarian assistance.

These displaced people are facing severe shortages of:

• food and clean drinking water,
• shelter and blankets,
• medicine and emergency health support,
• clothing and basic household supplies,
• and protection for vulnerable women and children.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, NMIA is launching an emergency fundraising campaign to mobilize support for those who have fled from Dilling and Kadugli to safer locations in the Nuba Mountains liberated areas. The purpose of this appeal is to provide immediate life-saving assistance and restore hope to families who have lost security, stability, and access to basic necessities.
