All funds are received, recorded, and managed according to U.S. nonprofit laws and IRS regulations under Section 501(c)(3). We maintain clear documentation for all income and expenditures.
Financial reports are regularly reviewed by the Finance and Resource Mobilization Committee and independently verified by the Oversight and Audit Board. Summaries of our annual budgets and expenditures are made available to our members, donors, and partners.
We ensure that donor funds are applied to their intended purpose — humanitarian assistance, education, health, empowerment, or development — with no compromise on ethics or stewardship.
Our Board of Trustees and Audit Board provide independent financial oversight, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and responsible management of all resources.
We strive to maintain a balanced budget and minimize administrative costs so that the greatest possible portion of every donation goes directly to programs that serve our people.
Donors and members are welcome to request financial summaries or clarifications at any time. We believe openness builds confidence and strengthens our shared mission.
